TERMS OF RENTING
1. The vehicle is handed over to the Lessee after careful technical inspectio, with all the compulsory equipment required by the Traffic police. For that purpose a special ACCEPTING-RETURNING AGREEMENT is signed and attached to the contract and under its conditions the car is returned to the Lessor.
2. If the return of the car is delayed, The Lessee has to inform the Lessor before the due back time in the rental contract. The Lessee has to pay 10% of the renting price per day for every hour of delay. In case of delay for more than two days, the Lessee has to sign a new contract.
3. In case of delay for more than 12 hours without notifying the Lessor, both the automobile and the Lessee will be traced down by the police and other organizations. The Lessor will keep all his rights mentioned in the contract above.
4. Minimum age: 21
5. All automobiles are rented with minimum amouunt of fuel and have to be returned with minimum amount of fuel as well.
6. The Lessor is not obliged to pay for the returned amount of fuel.
TERMS OF INSURANCE
1. The automobile has been insured at an insurance company
2. In case of damage, losses and thefts of the automobile or parts of it as well as in case of fire or breaking of a window, the Lessee has to inform immediately the Lessor and the insurance company.
3. In case of theft, losing or destroying the car documents, the key or the car number , the Lessee has to pay a penalty amounting to the renting price of the automobile for a period of seven days.
4. In case of theft or car accident, the Lessee has to:
- inform the insurance company
- inform the "European Labour Market" Ltd. on the emergency telephones written in the contract.
- to call the police and ask for a written statement about the accident
- to return the car documents and the key to "European Labour Market" Ltd.
DON`T LEAVE THE CAR DOCUMENTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS IN THE AUTOMOBILE, OTHERWISE ALL INSURENCES WILL BE INVALID.
- The Lessee bears full responsibility and has to pay for all damages, not covered by the insurance.
THE LESSEE IS NOT ALLOWED
- to allow to another person, not listed in the contract to drive the car.
- to use the automobile to haul another vehicle or trailers, to take part in competitions, trainings or tests, to transfer cargo.
- to drive the car after the use alcohol or narcotics
FINAL DECREES
1. All amendments to the contract and all the documents connected with its execution will be valid only if they are on paper and signed by authorized representatives of both sides.
2. All issues in connection with the signing, changing, execution or termination of the contract will be settled down through negotiations between the two sides. If an agreement is not reached, the issue will come before the court.
3. For all unsettled and resulting from the contract cases, the decrees of art.228-239 of ZZD and ZDP and the other normative acts from the law are enforced.
4. The Lessee agrees that the personal information from the contract can be used in the pursue of criminal or civil liability.
